Dr. William Clifford (MAJ) is a Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Army. He graduated at the top of his class in Flight Surgeon School at Fort Rucker.
Dr. Clifford has multiple overseas combat deployments as a Flight Surgeon and a Field Surgeon.
